Busy this Summer? Our Nia Fitness Gym Doesn't Have Monthly Membership Fees

Summer is a time of freedom, sudden plans, projects, and of course – vacations!

Traditional gyms and many fitness studios see a drop in membership during the summer because most of them require a monthly membership fee. Gym memberships are great because you can work out any time but paying for the monthly membership dues when you'll be out of town for vacation or are too busy at work to work out is frustrating.

At Castle Rock Nia Fitness, a new studio in Castle Rock, we understand how busy people are so we offer fitness classes with a pay-as-you-go system. This means you are only paying for workouts you actually participate in. Punch cards are a great way to try a new exercise program to see if you really enjoy it. They are also great for people with busy schedules.

As summer approaches we have the chance to exercise in different ways – pull weeds for example. Our Nia classes are great because they will complement your summer activities. This morning our Nia teacher had the class focus on our spine and each of the exercises were designed to gently move our spines and awaken the core of our bodies. I felt incredibly refreshed after class.
Nia (pronounced 'knee-ah') is a dynamic exercise program that incorporates elements of yoga, martial arts, and dance. While this seems like an unlikely combination, it is actually a fun way to fully stretch your body and move a purposeful way. You don't have to give up your workouts this summer – just make sure you aren't paying for workouts you aren't using.

Would you like to try a class for free? Do you have any questions? Please don't hesitate to contact us. Send us an email.
